Manufacture
Upon receiving the Customer’s approval of Engineering documentation, "H2O Water Treatment System" LLC starts to manufacture the water treatment station. The following works are provided for at this stage:
Manufacturing a packaged modular building
- Installation of water treatment/pump facilities
- Switchboard wiring
- Security and fire alarm installation
- Electric installation
The manufactured block box building is transported from the painting shop to the process equipment installation section. Using the developed 3D-models,specialists of company install treatment, pumping and vessel equipment. All the elements are interconnected using pipelines and firmly fixed with additional fasteners for transportation. The pipelines are subjected to pressure test and labelled as required by the Customer or based on GOSTs.
